A list of Awards hat may be awarded to Members of the Club when they achieve a specific goal. These Awards are “of Honour” and are not provided by Club Funds.

Blades, Rudders and Bows
Blades in Club Colours shall be awarded to any rower which, over four days of racing, ‘bump’ at least four times without conceding a bump in either the Lent or May Bumps Races.
The coxswain of the crew is awarded a Rudder, and the coach(es) of the crew awarded an presentation Bow.
The purchase of Blades and related awards is usually done by one of the members of the blade-winning crew(s).
Commitment Colours (Scarf)
The Club Scarf shall be awarded to Members of the Club who have, for six consecutive terms: rowed, and/or coxed, and/or served on the committee.
The Scarf can be purchased from Ryder and Amies.
Zephyrs (Rowing Top)
Colours in the form of Zephyrs shall be awarded to Members of the Club who have rowed for the Murray Edwards College 1st Senior VIII in May Bumps.
Zephyrs are purchased via the Treasurer & Secretary with the Easter Term kit order.
Club Blazer
Two versions of the Club Blazer are now in use as agreed in the Meeting in March 2014.
The Committee and 1st Mays Blazer shall be awarded to Members of the Club who fulfill any one of the following conditions:
- rowed or coxed (but excluding subbing) in the 1st Mays crew in current or previous years;
- elected Members of the Club Committee.
The Members Blazer shall be awarded to Members of the Club who have coxed or rowed in a set crew for three consecutive terms.
